Ingredients:
8 oz. flat noodle pasta
6 tbsp margarine
10 oz package frozen chopped spinach
fresh minced garlic (packed in water)
salt
black pepper
Directions:
Cook and drain 8 oz. of a flat noodle pasta such as fettucine, bowtie, or egg noodles macaroni and rotini are not ideal for this recipe.
In a large saucepan melt 6 tbsp. margarine. Add 1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic and one 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach. Cook until spinach is thawed and beginning to bubble. Add 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp black pepper. Stir and cook spinach mixture until heated through and all spinach is soft.
Stir spinach into drained pasta and serve immediately.
