Ingredients:

1 1/2 to 2 lbs turkey leftovers (pulled meat from legs,
wings, and breasts)
2 boxes turkey flavored stuffing
1 lb frozen brocolli cuts
1/2 lb fresh carrot, cut into wheels
2 cups turkey giblet gravy
2 cups milk
Directions:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350

  2. Spray a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with canola non-stick cooking spray

  3. Layer the brocolli cuts on the bottom of the pan, just enough to cover (wrap up any remainder and put back in the freezer)

  4. Pour one box of the stuffing mix over brocolli

  5. Layer the pulled turkey over the stuffing mix

  6. Pour the other box of stuffing mix over the turkey

  7. Layer the sliced carrots over the stuffing mix

  8. Pour in 2 cups of milk

  9. Pour the turkey giblet gravy over the top, making sure that the gravy is spread evenly over and covers all exposed carrots

  10. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 to 60 min, or until carrots are tender and edges crisp
