Ingredients:
1 doz. eggs hard boiled and shelled
Mayonaise
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Chop eggs into 1/2 inch pieces
sprinkle with salt and pepper (to taste, approx 1/2 tsp each, more if you prefer)
add 1/4 cup mayonaise and stir, if mixture is too dry add more mayo 1 tbsp at a time
