Ingredients:

1/2 cup sake
1 1/2 - 2 lb. boneless pork tenderloin roast
fresh sage leaves
garlic (approx 1 tbsp minced)
one small onion
sea salt
black pepper
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. chop sage leaves

  3. mince garlic

  4. chop onion

  5. Place tenderloin in glass baking dish and pour sake over top of tenderloin

  6. sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper

  7. top with sage, garlic and onions

  8. cover with foil and bake for 45 min per pound

  9. allow to stand in pan for 5 minutes before lifting onto serving dish
