Ingredients:

1 package or more depending on your appetite of Buffalo
wings or wing dings.

Hot Wing Rub. 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2
tsp ground mustard 3/4 tsp white pepper 3/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 Tsp paprika 1
Tsp sea salt (or table salt)
Toss the wings with the spicy rub set in fridge 1 hr to over
night.

Hotsauce coating.  Making hot sauce mixture
1 jar favorite hotsauce and 2 tbl butter
in a sauce pan heat hotsauce and butter just until butters
melted and mixed. remove and cool to room tempature.

Directions:
  1. step 1 Grilling the Wings

  2. Put the wings on a hot grill (400 F) skin side down, using indirect heat for 30 minutes. Flip to skin side up and grill for an additional 15 mins.

  3. step 2 Add the sauce

  4. When finished cooking, put the wings in a bowl and add hot sauce mixer. Toss to coat.

  5. step 3 Great eats

  6. Put them on a platter for you and your friends or just eat right out of the bowl. They are good on their own but best dipped in your favorite ranch or blue cheese dressing.
